Every screening is different - licensing options are dependent upon whether audiences will be charged to view the film, if the screening venue is indoor or outdoor (inc. patios, terraces, tents and marquees), and whether it will be advertised or not. The licence fee will be determined by your Box Office returns (commercial) or audience size (non-commercial).

SINGLE TITLE SCREENING LICENCE (STSL) PRICE LIST
OUTDOOR DRIVE-IN SCREENINGS ONLY

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL PRICES ABOVE EXCLUDE VAT AND THAT BOOKING DEPOSITS (Commercial Screenings) and FLAT FEES (Non-Commercial Screenings) ARE PAYABLE 72 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF SCREENINGS

PLEASE NOTE: a €20 Charge will be applicable for delivery of GFD Film Library DVD copies.

BOOKING DEPOSIT

GFD Film Library require a booking deposit per title payable in advance of your screening to secure your licence. For commercial screenings, the booking deposit will be held until your commercial returns form has been returned us, this must be completed within 48 hours of the screening or the maximum capacity will be charged at 35%.

The booking deposit is required by the studios as security to guarantee that royalties can be collected on behalf of the copyright holder. Should you continue to trade with GFD Film Library into the future then we can look at reducing the booking deposit. A utility bill and proof of ID will also be required when setting up an account.

In order to allow event organisers to generate cash flow for their event, a licence will be provisionally issued to them to allow advertising for their screening to take place so that online ticket sales can be made by their customers. The booking deposit will then be required to be paid, no later than, 3 days prior to the screening date. Failure to pay the booking deposit 72 hours in advance of the screening will result in all licences being revoked.
