Alison Vernon-Williams is a square rich girl who also happens to be beautiful. She can’t help falling for ‘Cry Baby’ and she soon finds herself drawn into a crazy world of gang fights and hoodlum passion. With some great musical numbers by Rachel Sweet and cameos from the likes of Iggy Pop, fans of Waters (director of HAIRSPRAY) will enjoy this affectionate piece of kitsch.
