Wesley Snipes (White Men Can't Jump, Passenger 57, New Jack City), stars as Halan Regis, a Washington DC homicide detective hotly in pursuit of the murder of a woman at the Whitehouse. His investigations are thwarted by a mounting conspiracy surrounding the death. Regis soon discovers the situation is far more complex and dangerous than he could ever imagine. And he has very little time to stop a killer from carrying out a plot which could affect the entire country.
